My favorite medium is watercolor, which I frequently use in landscapes, flower paintings, the Japanese and Chinese style paintings. Watercolor, as a medium ,makes my paintings very soft, transparent and give foggy effect. I am comfortable with handling techniques of acrylics to give different effects and their advantage is that I am able to put my ideas into painting at a stretch.

For my traditional Indian paintings, I experiment with golden and silver colors and a variety of decorative pieces to create the required texture in my art works.

I use pencil, ink pen, charcoal pencil, charcoal stick ,dry and oil pastel for sketching, which gives me different effect of rendering in landscapes and portraits.
